Opportunity Agreement (Owners)

This is to express my/our intent to host/refer 6 SALADMASTER Cooking Shows/Presentations within any 15-day timeframe from this date until June 28, 2021.

The dealership agrees to compensate for this effort with the following:

1.) A choice of one (1) SALADMASTER item from the ones pictured in the attached flyer after two (2) qualified presentations have been done, for each of which I/we shall pay a $99 processing fee & applicable shipping fee if needed.

2.) A graduation gift in the form of a premium SALADMASTER item (1pc 3qt. Limited Edition Wok) that will be completely free of charge (except for the shipping fee) when the 6 presentations are completed on or before the end of the 15-day timeframe and a set was delivered. If there is no set delivery, the 3qt Limited Edition Wok may still be claimed with a $150 processing fee. In the event that said item is unavailable, the dealership will present 2 items of equal or lesser value than I/we can choose 1 from.

3.) A commission of either 5% or 10% from every qualified set sold. Parameters for the commission scheme will be further discussed, separately, in an agreed-upon date and time after the signing of this intent.
